Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Working knowledge of analytical, quantitative, and statistical techniques applied to business problems.
Experience using data tools such as Excel and BI platforms (DOMO or similar).
3-5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, FP&A, or related analytical roles; food or CPG industry experience preferred.
Solid business and financial acumen with interest in pricing strategy and margin optimization.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across functions.

3-5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, FP&A, or related analytical roles
food or CPG industry experience preferred.
Familiarity with statistical or data tools is preferred but not required.

Assist in evaluating pricing effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement in pricing targets and margin outcomes.
Monitor manufacturing and distribution costs by plant and category.
Assist in development of category‑level analytical tools connecting customer, product, and competitive insights.
Assist with alignment and execution of pricing changes by supporting timelines, data validation, and communication.
