About the role
- QuadReal Property Group is seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to cover an 18-month maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage all deal package documentation including generating Trade Record Sheets
- Upload completed deal packages into Deal Manager and maintain accurate deal inputs
- Create feature sheets for new listings using the Marq platform
- Track and manage external listings
- Maintain Expiry Rent Roll Sheet
- Code and manage all departmental invoices

Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- familiarity with Yardi, Deal Manager, FindSpace, Marq, or similar platforms is an asset

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail - accuracy in deal documentation and data entry is critical
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising with internal departments and external brokers
- Self-directed and proactive - able to work independently and anticipate team needs without being prompted
