About the role
- This hands-on position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of quality across the supply base.
- Supervisory Responsibilities This position will not have any direct reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Aerospace, or a related technical field
- Working knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100 and/or ISO 9001), supplier quality processes, corrective action methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, including GD&T.
- Experience conducting root cause analysis, resolving supplier quality issues, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience using quality or ERP/MRP systems.
