Responsibilities
- As a Systems Engineer, you will work closely with the engineering leadership team to support the delivery of whole system functionality.
- You will coordinate activities across stakeholders to define, manage and meet interdependencies between systems, subsystems and components that meet requirements.
- You will build engineering and architecture models to conduct technical assessments and recommendations that inform key technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience OR
- Master's degree in Engineering OR
- Systems Engineering / Systems Integration experience
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
Nice to have
- Experience with Systems Engineering and Systems Integration concepts
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering, including the tools and methods used
- Familiar with INCOSE, and knowledge of industry standard tools and methods for systems engineering
- Experience with delivering systems in a fast-paced environment, from initial requirements and concepts to final hardware delivery
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Exceptional people and communication skills
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Demonstrated leadership ability
Skills
- Design and integration of products, systems, and components
- Define and verify requirements for products, systems, and components
- Participate in the system verification strategy development, validation & verification test planning, and test execution activities
