About the role

- The Senior Project Manager will oversee a team consisting potentially of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants.
Responsibilities
- Manages overall project cost, schedule and scope of work
- Maintains high level contact with customer over life of project to ensure appropriate level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Is responsible for providing direction to or implementing remediation to resolve conflicts or disputes with the customer
- Actively hire, train, develop, supervise and retain quality employees within their team.

- Crest owns and operates companies that serve industries including power delivery, manufacturing, natural resources, and specialty chemicals.

Requirements
- Ten or more years of high voltage related experience and a Bachelor's Degree or higher in an applicable field of study.
- Must be knowledgeable of general civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
- A successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is required.
- This position is required to work in the field.
- Ability to travel as needed
- Assigns and coordinates direct reports to various duties as required for project execution and in conjunction with the Director of Project Management
