Worldwide Professional Solutions is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Chicago, Illinois, supporting a hyperscale data center construction project. We are seeking candidates who currently live in the Chicago area or candidates who are open to relocating with an approved relocation

Support the development, tracking, and execution of project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, milestones, and project goals.
Coordinate with Facilities Operations, Facilities Engineering and Design, Construction Management, client management, trade partners, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain strong working relationships with the Construction Management team, field labor, contractors, and project partners while supporting productivity improvements and effective field coordination.
Support schedule updates, document control, issue tracking, change tracking, meeting coordination, procurement follow-up, turnover documentation, and project closeout activities.
Track project commitments, deadlines, deliverables, and open action items to support timely resolution.

Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of an organization.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, technically capable, highly organized, and able to communicate clearly.
This individual must have a proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated construction coordination experience, preferably supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects.
Candidates must be self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, able to communicate clearly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
Candidates should demonstrate progressively increasing levels of responsibility throughout their careers.
Hyperscale data center or mission critical construction experience is preferred.
Experience supporting data center, mission critical, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or other large-scale construction projects is preferred.
Knowledge of lean construction practices is a plus.
