The Transfer Agency Transformation squad is seeking an ambitious and analytical Systems Business Analyst Intern to support our core infrastructure operations.
Support the ongoing maintenance of data dictionaries.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Technology Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
Ability to understand complex data requirements and translate them into simple, readable outputs.
Demonstrated ability to act as a translator between non-technical business users and technical development teams.

Strong interest in data structures, database management, and query languages.
Prior experience or academic coursework in SQL is highly preferred.
Google Sheets / Excel skills (familiarity with data imports, pivots, and add-ins is a plus).
Knowledge of IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence).

Serve as the first point of contact for business users experiencing issues with reporting tools.
Help troubleshoot integration challenges and assist with user onboarding.
