Applies and develops industry knowledge, mentors others, and stays current with trends to drive performance and innovation.
The role partners with Talent and Workplace Experience leadership, senior business leaders, and People Strategy to develop and deliver communications aligned with business priorities and organizational change.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Leads the development and execution of internal communications strategies and plans that support company‑wide initiatives, business priorities, and organizational change efforts.
Partners with IT and cross‑functional teams to maintain and improve internal communication platforms.
Monitors and reports on communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and reach of messaging across company-wide initiatives and key business updates, using insights to drive team member engagement and continuous improvement.
All other duties as assigned POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Applies independent judgment to develop and execute internal communication strategies, balancing organizational priorities, leadership direction, and team member needs.
Technical Expertise: Applies and develops industry knowledge, mentors others, and stays current with trends to drive performance and innovation.

Demonstrates knowledge of internal communication practices, change communication, and content strategy.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related field.
ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Drafts and edits communications on behalf of senior leaders, ensuring consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all levels of the organization.

Clearly articulates vision and expectations, adapts messaging to diverse audiences, fosters open dialogue, and manages conflict constructively.
Leads with vision, builds strong relationships, embraces change, and develops high-performing, accountable teams.

Models integrity and inclusivity, champions organizational values, and fosters a positive, ethical, and inclusive work environment.
Creates and delivers clear, concise, and engaging internal communications across multiple formats, including company‑wide emails, newsletters, intranet content, and leadership communications.
Owns the content and ongoing management of internal communication channels, including the intranet, company‑wide emails, and recurring updates.
Experience drafting communications for senior leadership and managing company‑wide messaging.
