About the role
- The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch growth, portfolio performance, and profitability through loan production, tax preparation growth, customer retention, and delinquency management in a performance-driven environment.
- This is a results -driven role where earnings are directly tied to branch performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.

Compensation
- $40,000- $45,000 based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
- Managers who grow their portfolio, drive tax production, and achieve business goals have the opportunity to significantly increase their total compensation.
