EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE · High School Diploma or GED - Minimum baseline for entry into the field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following.
This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team performance.

The Maintenance Helper supports the maintenance team by performing routine tasks that ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and unclogging drains.
Support senior technicians during inspections, installations, and emergency repairs.
Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
Document tasks completed and report issues to supervisors.

Assist with basic repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems.
Move, assemble, and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE during all tasks.
High School Diploma or GED.
0-2 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities support
Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
