- This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team performance.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Helper supports the maintenance team by performing routine tasks that ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, and unclogging drains.
- Support senior technicians during inspections, installations, and emergency repairs.
- Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
- Document tasks completed and report issues to supervisors.

Nice to have
- Assist with basic repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems.
- Move, assemble, and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE during all tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities support
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
