Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate closely with design, copy, marketing, merchandising, and external partners to translate creative concepts into production-ready assets across site, email, paid media, social, packaging, and print.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to support creative development and bring concepts to final execution
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, e-commerce) to align on asset needs and timelines
  • Assist in maintaining organized file systems, templates, and shared design resources
  • Support updates to evergreen site assets and ongoing creative refreshes
  • Manage pre-press processes, file packaging, color accuracy, and vendor handoff
  • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
  • Manage versioning, resizing, retouching, and formatting of imagery

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in production design, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce
  • Degree in a related field
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma
  • Strong understanding of digital best practices, file preparation, and asset optimization
  • Experience working within brand guidelines

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with After Effects,Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus

Compensation

  • Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • The estimated annual compensation for this role is $60,000-$65,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
