- This position will be responsible for completing appraisal reviews for SitusAMC's institutional consulting engagements.
- This candidate would provide high level review services, on an as needed basis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent.
- Strong valuation expertise
- At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.
Nice to have
- Certified general real property appraiser license is a plus
- MAI designation is strongly preferred

- MS office Suite including outlook, excel, power point and word, argus
