- WHAT TO EXPECT Our goal is to bring Figma-level UI/UX excellence to enterprise AI workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Drive features end-to-end: requirements, crisp specs, stakeholder alignment, and keeping design, engineering, and go-to-market in lockstep.
- Talk to users constantly, turning their pain points into a clear sense of what's most valuable to build next.
- Sharp product judgment paired with genuine design taste: a high bar for elegant, simple user experiences, and the instinct to sweat the details.
- Enough technical fluency to go deep on a genuinely technical product domain and partner with engineering as a peer.
Requirements
- AI fluency: you explore and prototype with the latest AI tools, and you can reason about model capabilities well enough to make product calls.
Skills
- You're open to working 5 days a week out of our office in NYC (we'll cover relocation!)
- $21M raised from top-tier VCs (a16z, Conviction, YCombinator) and growing incredibly fast
- Small team, early stage, with an opportunity for outsized impact on the company's future
Compensation
- Sola offers competitive salary plus meaningful equity at Series A stage.
