- Legal Externship Overview Accordion is accepting applications for law student externs for Fall 2026.
- This opportunity will help law students to learn and understand the power of the legal function within the context of a consulting firm focused on private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the drafting of documents
- Completing general document reviews and providing summaries
- As private equity's value creation partner, we sit at the heart of PE-where sponsors and CFOs meet.
- Through financial consulting rooted in data, technology, and AI, we help clients drive value-supporting the office of the CFO to drive end-to-end value creation.
Skills
- A current law student at an accredited law school
- Interested in finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, in-house legal practice, technology, and artificial intelligence
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and General AI Tools
- Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic, as well as an interest in contributing to the team
- Strong professional and positive presence that represents the firm both internally and externally
