About the role
- Volunteer Management: Serve as the clearinghouse for alumni hand-raisers

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary lead for Alumni Council Project Teams, providing the oversight and operational support needed to execute projects that align with and support School of Business goals.
- Oversee the alumni recognition program, managing the process for identifying and celebrating major life events (e.g., marriages, births, professional honors) to build long-term alumni connection.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student clubs and organizations seeking alumni speakers; develop a streamlined process to vet requests, identify high-impact alumni matches, and ensure a professional, high-quality experience for both speakers and student groups.
- Support broader on-campus events for alumni
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; skilled in effective stakeholder management and collaboration.
