Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and user stories to deliver the simplest, most effective "Out of the Box" (OOTB) solutions, avoiding unnecessary customization or scope creep.
- Act as a reliable technical partner to the cross-functional teams, troubleshooting incidents, resolving platform bugs, and proactively creating documentation to support front-line agents.
- Build and maintain the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure platform stability during upgrades and deployments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot platform integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with third-party vendors and tools.
Requirements
- 2 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator or junior developer.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly preferred
- Progress toward Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
Skills
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data structures, and core ITSM modules.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ATF.
- Excellent collaborative skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude toward learning new tools, technologies, and evolving processes.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with technical teams and stakeholders.
