- Position Overview
- The VP, GAS is the Account team leader within their assigned accounts, responsible for establishing and maintaining client/agency strategic partnerships, providing ongoing strategic oversight of assigned accounts, and maintaining agency business practices and financial standards across territory while driving team performance and development, quality work execution, client satisfaction, and agency growth.
- The VP, GAS must have a proven track record with years of experience of not only independent execution of the GAS responsibilities, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully onboard, train, and coach others in more junior-level roles.
