About the role
- That means leading our business operations, owning company finances, and execution on the legal and administrative side.
- You'll work directly with the founders and touch nearly every part of the business.
- This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Manage company finances, including understanding runway, tracking spend, and making the company more cost-efficient
- Are energized by building from scratch: you'd rather create a process than inherit one
- Are a structured thinker who can break down ambiguous challenges, find practical solutions, and drive execution without waiting for direction
- As the first BizOps hire, you'll own the operational backbone of Conversion.
Requirements
- Have 2-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or chief of staff
