Responsibilities
- The LPNs direct resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Requirements
- Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
- Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
