Responsibilities

  • Anticipate, prevent, and resolve potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines.
  • Manage the financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company's interest, and maintain a good relationship with the client.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5years of experience in managing complex systems construction projects
  • Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Oral and written communication skills as required for the
  • Effective performance management
  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook,Word,Excel,etc.);Oracle
  • Prioritize and manage multiple asks, changing priorities as necessary
  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated,proactive, and an effective team player
  • Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
  • Up to 25%

  • The candidate should also have 5 to 7 years managing complex systems construction projects.
  • Project Management Institute's PMP, BICSI's RTPM, RCDD certifications are a plus.

Compensation

  • $128,000.00-$191,900.00 Annual
  • The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description.
  • Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
