About the role

  • The Collaboration Technology Technician is responsible for providing courteous and timely audio visual and video production services to St.
  • A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $22.00 - $38.50 per hour for the role of Collaboration Technology Technician.

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and close support tickets; ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Deliver reliable and timely A/V services for campus events, ensuring the satisfaction of event sponsors and participants.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice to have

  • setup and configuration of computers and printers in a networked environment
  • maintenance of hardware components and computer peripherals) preferred
  • Knowledge of Video Conference & AV equipment, Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams operations, with Cisco infrastructure experience being a plus.
  • Knowledge of conferencing and collaboration ecosystems (room systems, peripherals, and control) preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of audio and video components, signal types, cables preferred.
  • Proficiency in programs as PowerPoint, One Drive, and Outlook preferred.
  • Ability to assemble and set up a variety of A/V equipment as needed.
