About the role
- This is a high-visibility role on a program that's actively being built, and you'll have real influence over how it evolves.
Responsibilities
- Own a named book of 100-120 high-potential partner agencies - a mix of Pantheon's emerging Premier partners
- Build and execute account plans for each named partner - joint pipeline targets, vertical focus, certification milestones, MDF deployment, and a defined path to tier graduation
- Build verticalized GTM motions with partner marketing - ABM Accelerator engagements, co-marketing campaigns, industry-specific playbooks
- Surface and resolve partner friction proactively - escalation, cross-functional orchestration with product, support, finance, and CS
- Track record of building and growing a named partner book - you've owned a number tied to sourced and influenced revenue, not just enrollment metrics
- Strong communicator credible with agency founders, CEOs, and senior practice leads - comfortable in both executive conversations and engineer-level technical reviews
Requirements

Compensation
- The US base salary range for this role is $123,000 - $154,000 USD
- The Canadian base salary range for this role is $112,000 - $140,000 CAD
