Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Own the planning and execution of technical projects across the R&D, product development, and new product introduction.
- Budgeting & Resource Management: Track and manage project budgets, forecasts, and internal time tracking for accurate financial reporting.
- Technical Roadmap Alignment: Maintain alignment between BFLY Embedded's technical priorities and those of its partners, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals.

Requirements
- Technical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in program/project management: 4+ years managing complex technical projects, preferably in hardware, semiconductors, or deep tech.
- Highly organized and efficient: Proven track record of handling multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable program management plans.
- These include: adhering to all company security policies and procedures, utilize provided company assets securely, and complete all required security awareness training programs.

Skills
- Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable program management plans.
- Data-driven decision-making: Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work across disciplines: Experience coordinating work across hardware, software, and regulatory teams.
- Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it's ok if you don't!):
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with ultrasound or other medical imaging technologies.
- Experience with regulated industries: Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, IEC 60601, or similar standards.
- Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of software development processes and integration workflows.

Compensation
- Our estimated salary for this role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, salary is around $185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
