Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with measurable revenue and pipeline targets
Define "better together" propositions across partner ecosystems
Drive co-sell motions and joint pipeline with partners (e.g., Microsoft, Google, NICE)
Lead partner engagement in pursuits, RFPs, and client solutioning
Build scalable partner enablement programs, playbooks, and GTM frameworks
Lead cross-functional execution (sales, marketing, product, delivery)
Manage partnership programs against defined milestones and KPIs
Build and influence senior stakeholder relationships across partner organisations
Co-create joint offerings leveraging AI, cloud, and platform capabilities
Represent the business in partner and client forums

The employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.

Competitive Salary
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
