Responsibilities
- Support program governance processes and help maintain alignment across multiple internal and client-facing workstreams
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and key dependencies to support successful delivery
- Track and document risks, issues, and key decisions
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reporting for both internal leadership and client stakeholders

Requirements
- Experience supporting program or project management efforts within large, complex initiatives, preferably within financial services or consulting environments
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including client teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Compensation
- Range: $48 - $72 per hour
