Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with platforms such as Canva, Asana, or social media tools is helpful but not required

Skills

  • Assisting with the coordination and tracking of marketing campaign timelines, deliverables, and project milestones
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings to observe collaboration across marketing, communications, development, and program teams
  • Supporting internal distribution and organization of brand and marketing materials to promote consistency across the organization
  • Assisting with intake and coordination of marketing requests and communications Scope of Work (SOW)
  • Contributing to the development and scheduling of social media and digital content initiatives
  • Conducting research related to marketing trends, audience engagement, or nonprofit communications strategies
