About the role

In this role, you'll provide specialized nursing care to adults in a 24-hour crisis stabilization program that serves as a medically necessary, voluntary, and less restrictive alternative to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
Typical stays range from 3 to 5 days but are flexible based on each individual's needs.
Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Monitor and document clients' self administration of medications while ensuring safe medication practices.

Complete assigned clinical documentation and participate in required trainings to support high quality care.
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Diploma/Associates/or Bachelor's degree)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration

Familiarity with recovery oriented treatment approaches for individuals with severe mental illness preferred
