About the role

  • We are looking for an experienced Product Manager responsible for leading the development of software products and features for HP consumer experiences.
  • This senior level role demands strategic leadership, technical fluency, and a proven track record of successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of new product introductions, from ideation through go-to-market execution.
  • Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to drive product strategy.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing to ensure seamless development and launch of high-quality products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management within a technology-focused company.
  • Proven track record of launching customer-facing software products from concept to market.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional global teams.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions, understand the user behavior and measure revenue opportunities/impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Exceptional ability to work in resource-constrained environments

Compensation

  • The pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
