Requirements
- The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years previous experience as a Core or Reservations/Communications Agent. (Supervisory or Managerial experience preferred but not required.)
- Typing speed and accuracy must be at high level.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, or similar environment
- Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
- Additional language a definite asset for career growth
Compensation
- Competitive wages and benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision and Retirement Plan) as well as Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay
- $70,000-$80,000
