About the role
- Your work will ensure that customers are set up for long-term success on Juniper Square, with data structured to maximize the platform's value.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer calls, manage timelines, and coordinate work across internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding delivery.
- Own and drive process improvements, tool enhancements, and documentation updates to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
- Build and maintain AI-supported workflows for recurring onboarding activities (data mapping playbooks, migration status reports, escalation summaries, customer handoff docs) so output is consistent and reusable across accounts.
- Configure AI workflows that other team members can reuse, extending your impact past your own account load.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fields leveraging complex financial data (investment banking, management consulting, private markets operations, or related areas).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Experience designing and deploying AI workflows spanning multiple tools or data sources with measurable outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience managing and manipulating complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and guide customer decisions, including at the executive level.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting languages and data management tools (SQL, Python, R) preferred.
- Experience mentoring or leading others, formally or informally, preferred.
Compensation
- Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits.
- The U.S. base salary range for this role is $108,000 - $135,000 and the Canadian base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $105,000.
- Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
