About the role

The pharmacy will be dispensing retail medications.

Works with staff to continually develop and implement ideas for delivering high quality, cost effective services, including clinical management programs, adherence and persistency initiatives, etc.;
Implements record systems and processes for the operating unit;
Manages compliance to the Company formulary as applicable;
Provides integrated support to patients and physicians by providing a 'hands-on" approach to total quality patient care through the delivery of a full continuum of medication administration from preparing medications to giving pharmacological information to monitoring patient drug therapies and providing adherence support.

Participates directly in pharmacy services as required;
Ability to supervise employees, to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments;
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with branch departments;
Knowledge of computerized information systems, including financial applications;
