About the role
- Our team has extensive experience, training and knowledge working with raised flooring, hot/cold aisle containment, high-density ceiling grid, and polished, epoxy, and sealed concrete.
- Our data center solutions provide optimal flooring, ceilings, accessories, and more with the characteristics that make success a reality.
- Role Description Generalist extension of the Project Manager, absorbing responsibilities when bandwidth is exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing work.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and support micro scheduling.
- Coordinate and manage material expediting logs and deliveries.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and potential changes.
- Ensure documents are accurate, up to date, and properly distributed to Project Team.
- Maintain organized project files.
Requirements
- Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years construction experience, foundational budget/schedule/contract understanding, eager to learn, proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite.
