Responsibilities
- Work directly with Focus firms ($500M - $100B+ in AUM) in leading and supporting initiatives to drive growth, improve business efficiency, and improve sustainability
- Drive a strategic agenda with Network firms and support decision making through delivering data, insights, and impact
- Partner with senior Focus resources in delivering our platform of client solutions to Network firms

Nice to have
- Serve as a relationship manager to 50+ Focus Network firms, in a team-based delivery model
- Monitor P&L performance across firms to highlight areas for operational efficiency and growth improvements
- 4-6+ plus years of combined experience working in wealth management and / or consulting (preferably, with a focus on wealth management or financial services)
- Understanding and knowledge of the RIA marketplace, competitive set, economic model and internal workings of an RIA a plus
- Experience on a client facing team with revenue and / or asset goals a plus
- Prior consulting, practice management, and / or wealth management experience a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to be a self-starter
- Undergraduate degree required, Graduate degree highly preferred
Compensation
- The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $150,000-$190,000 base salary compensation range.
