Responsibilities
- Children and adults with behavioral needs deserve empathetic and functional ABA support from dedicated professionals.

- In addition to this being a clinic-based position, there may be the opportunity to run your own small clinic within a school district, under the direction of our Classroom Clinical Director.
- YOUR VALUED ROLE As an integral part of our team, you will assist the Clinical Director with including but not limited to: Hiring, training, supervising, and developing Behavior Technicians Assist in the development, planning, and implementation of strategies for program continuation and growth.

Requirements
- BCBA certification At least 3-5 years of experience working in ABA field Knowledge and experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Experience conducting assessments Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and have sound decision-making skills Highly motivated team player! #eastclinical
Compensation
- $85,000 - $100,000, Salaried/Exempt Clinic and Home Based; Part-time Hours: 10-15 per week in person (rotating closing shift)
