About the role

  • This is a time-limited position, to end December 31, 2030.
  • Coordinate and execute the development and launch of the continuing education hub.

Responsibilities

  • The Administrator will support the design process and build resulting systems, programs, and resources, working under the direction of project and working group leaders.
  • Support the implementation of recommendations developed by the team.
  • Prepare research summaries and background materials to support the team's discussion and decision-making.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a distributed team environment.

Compensation

  • Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in ministry, education, nonprofit leadership, or related field Denominational or conference experience Knowledge of Covenant institutions and distinctives Salary Range for this position is $30,000 per year

  • Manage follow-up communications with ECC leaders, conferences, and partner institutions to ensure alignment and momentum across the continuing education ecosystem.
  • Support the operational rhythm of the Continuing Education Team and help maintain implementation momentum between meetings.
  • Maintain shared project files and documentation related to continuing education initiatives.
