About the role

- This is a time-limited position, to end December 31, 2030.
- Coordinate and execute the development and launch of the continuing education hub.
Responsibilities
- The Administrator will support the design process and build resulting systems, programs, and resources, working under the direction of project and working group leaders.
- Support the implementation of recommendations developed by the team.
- Prepare research summaries and background materials to support the team's discussion and decision-making.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a distributed team environment.
Compensation
- Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in ministry, education, nonprofit leadership, or related field Denominational or conference experience Knowledge of Covenant institutions and distinctives Salary Range for this position is $30,000 per year

- Work collaboratively with the Continuing Education Team, project director, and denominational partners to support the development and implementation of the continuing education initiative across all three focus areas.
- Manage follow-up communications with ECC leaders, conferences, and partner institutions to ensure alignment and momentum across the continuing education ecosystem.
- Support the operational rhythm of the Continuing Education Team and help maintain implementation momentum between meetings.
- Maintain shared project files and documentation related to continuing education initiatives.
