Responsibilities
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow from preconstruction through construction completion.
- Maintain accurate cost-to-complete forecasts, incorporating actuals, commitments, and evolving project scope.
- Support development and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash flow projections across data center projects.
- Perform variance analysis and identify cost trends, risks, and corrective actions.
- Track and manage committed vs. incurred spend, ensuring full visibility into project financial position.
- Review and validate contracts, change orders, and invoices in partnership with construction and procurement teams.
- Identify cost and schedule related risks and opportunities and partner with stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
- Act as the day-to-day finance partner to development, construction, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Provide financial guidance on scope, schedule, and cost tradeoffs to support decision-making.
- Drive accountability and financial discipline across project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in cost management, project controls, financial analysis, or project delivery.
- Experience in data center or large scale capital deployments e.g., utilities.
- Minimal travel may be required as needed.
- General hours and days of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some nights and weekends may be required.

- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Familiarity with construction delivery methods and contract structures (e.g., GMP, EPC, design-build).
- Preferred
- Familiarity with project and cost management systems (e.g., Procore, Primavera etc.).

- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely utilizes standard office equipment, including laptop computers and smartphones.
