Responsibilities
- Supports checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store
- Supports large order fulfillment while maintaining product quality and accuracy
- Collect carts and help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the store and parking lot
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Remains visible and available to support customer needs throughout the Garden Center loading area
- Supports the completion of large, high-quality orders while maintaining product accuracy and safety
- Partners with the Garden Center Department Supervisor to ensure customer orders are staged and ready for pickup
Requirements
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 Months Retail experience
- 6 Months Experience as a Loader at any home improvement or hardware retailer
- 6 Months Retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping
- 6 Months Experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
