About the role

  • Seek potential new customers and service all buying and non-buying accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage time and resources to ensure personal and team sales targets are met.
  • Forecast sales and develop sales strategies and models.
  • Create demand with Fabricators, Cabinet, Millwork, Kitchen & Bath accounts, General Contractors and Builders, both single and multi-family within a designated territory.
  • Identify and develop accounts (Target/New) and opportunities to generate sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics and operations teams that allows for clear communications and productive engagements.
  • Document activities in the CRM (Salesforce) to ensure best practices are recognized and employed regularly and to capture sales.

Requirements

  • Performs other tasks as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or a closely related field.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of proven field sales experience.

Compensation

  • At Wilsonart, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
  • A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000 - $120,000.
  • The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
