Responsibilities

  • Define and build the strategic framework for the future of Logistics Productivity Program through development and refinement of processes, systems and tools to achieve set targets.
  • Work with key stakeholders to generate project ideas to support a culture of productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach and support cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and execute productivity projects.
  • Act as pivot and governance between Global Supply Chain finance and F&L organization to develop logistics cost estimates Null budget, forecasts and cost models to manage global logistics spend, in line with business plans.
  • Our incredible customers undertake life-saving activities ranging from fundamental biological research to developing innovative vaccines, new medicines, and cell and gene therapies.
  • The Productivity, Cost and Improvement Leader is responsible for defining, building, and leading continuous improvement projects that drive productivity and cost savings for Global Distribution Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in operations or project management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess metrics and situations holistically.
  • Proven track record in delivery of productivity improvements.
  • Who you are: 5+ years' experience in operations or project management role.

Nice to have

  • Complex problem solving with the ability to identify productivity opportunities.
  • Statistical/data analytics and tracking of cost savings.
  • This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
  • This range may be modified in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Masters or MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • The annual salary range for this role is 125,000 - 150,000.
