About the role
- The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate professional with expert knowledge of residential closings.
- This is a full time role that will report into the Escrow Manager for your market.
- We are open to any of the following locations for this role: Phoenix, Denver, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio.
Responsibilities
- Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements and all other settlement documents according to lender and/or buyer/seller instructions
- Clearly communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments in Customer Experience, Brokerage, Contract Operations, and Funding to promptly troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the Title process to avoid delays
- Maintain compliance with Orchard Title policies and procedures in accordance with governing laws, regulations, regulatory agencies and company standards
Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as an Licensed Escrow Officer with their own book of business.
- Working knowledge of state-level escrow rules and regulations enforced by Dept of Insurance
