Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in multiple functions of warehouse or inventory management departments, with a minimum of 1 year within a lead position required
- Proven knowledge of the safety and legal documentation processes for handling related warehousing activities, including governmental regulations and ITAR
- Demonstrated ability to teach and train varying levels of employees by utilizing multiple methods of training and resources (such as on the job training, reading materials, testing, etc.) to ensure compliance with Incora
- Demonstrated ability to resolve crises and engage in successful decision making/root cause analysis procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
- Collaboration Share knowledge and experience with others
