- Minimum seven years' experience in healthcare management, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
Responsibilities
- Develops and establishes policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensures their adequate execution, compliance, and updates.
- Within scope of authority, oversees the development of systems (both manual and automated) to properly support practice-wide activities based upon business needs.
- Assists with the development of practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short and long range planning in order to achieve and maintain growth.
- Supports and adheres to the practice's Core Values, Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Compensation
- $110,000 - $120,000 per year
