About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develops and establishes policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensures their adequate execution, compliance, and updates.
  • Within scope of authority, oversees the development of systems (both manual and automated) to properly support practice-wide activities based upon business needs.
  • Assists with the development of practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short and long range planning in order to achieve and maintain growth.
  • Supports and adheres to the practice's Core Values, Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $120,000 per year
