About the role
- include reviewing customer contracts, reviewing billing terms, booking journal entries and accruals, preparing ad hoc reporting, assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and ASC 606.
- We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.
- For certain roles, we also hire from hub locations -regions where we have an established presence with multiple team members working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Validate pricing, billing terms, tax treatment and customer setup requirements
- Support the Senior Director and Senior Manager, with special projects, accounting research, timeliness of year-end financial audit and monthly financial statement close process
- Collaborate with other Finance department team members to support overall goals and objectives
- While these employees primarily work from home, we bring them together in person at least once a year for team-building, collaboration, and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with Accounting or Finance Concentration
- Must be detail-oriented and analytical
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
Compensation
- competitive base salary & annual bonus opportunity (for non-commissioned roles)
- Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $70,000 - 87,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
