- Job Description Assist in the planning and execution of the Technology Risk Management program.
Responsibilities
- Support Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes for the Technology organization. Assist in the management of one or more technology risk management functions.
- Engage Technology business partners on the deployment and management of the Technology Risk Management Program in accordance with the Enterprise Operational Risk Management Policies and Minimum Standards.
- Support use of the GRC tool (ServiceNow) to manage, execute, and report on the Technology Risk Management program
- Work across the Technology Risk Office to support multiple functions and provide aggregated risk reporting
- Ability to effectively collaborate with others and adapt to change.
- Support Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes for the Technology organization.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with a degree focus in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years risk management or internal audit experience within a Technology organization.
- Good organization skills and ability to multi-task.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with a degree focus in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Compensation
- The estimated base salary for this role is $85,000 - $104,000 / year.
- We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy.
- Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.
- In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.

- Engage with Subject Matter Experts to facilitate annual review.
- Partner with risk contacts and teams across Technology to assist with management of annual reports and attestations, including SOC2 reports.
