- DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Develops site monthly HR metrics presentation Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Present New Hire Orientation for new employees in partnership with Talent Acquistion Collaborate with Operations to gain insights into business requirements and discover ways to enhance support.
- Support the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Generalist role.
Compensation
- The Human Resources Generalist will support the team in collaboration with operations for employee evaluation program, to include 60-day evaluations, annual performance evaluations, and peer reviews.
