Responsibilities

  • You'll deliver high-impact assets that raise quality standards, while helping the team stay aligned on visual goals and feedback.
  • You'll support planning, reviews, and production across disciplines, and help the team respond to IP feedback without losing momentum.
  • Build relationships with your peers through 1:1 meetings, to understand the collaboration between your roles.
  • Begin planning for how you will work together and support each other's goals
  • Deliver high-quality assets consistently and meet art direction expectations for style and polish.
  • Improve the art pipeline by identifying gaps and helping implement better processes.
  • Mentor artists with hands on support during production, including modelling company values and healthy feedback culture.
  • Investment in professional development, with support from external consulting
