About the role
- Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office, the Project Manager works closely with the Integration (Engineering) teams, Production, Sales, R&D, and Accounting.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects requiring specific developments, while managing customer relationships and tracking project progress.
- The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong interest in technical project management, solid technical abilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and milestones based on customer needs.
- Plan projects, monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage risks and change requests to ensure project success, including obtaining approvals for budget changes.
- Ability to develop clear action plans based on limited information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build consensus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent / Master's degree in Project Management is an asset.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
