At TRA, you'll trade the tray for a headset and use those same skills.

Responsibilities

Reading people fast, handling objections, and building instant trust to close phone deals and earn real commission.
Work warm leads. These aren't cold calls. Clients have already raised their hand and need your help. Your job is to close.
Build rapport fast just like greeting a new table, you'll make clients feel heard and confident within minutes.
Industry-leading commissions (up to 15%) on qualified leads that are ready to buy

Requirements

No experience in tax or finance required.
No sales resume required.

Nice to have

These aren't cold calls.
Clients have already raised their hand and need your help.
Your job is to close.
Handle objections the same way you've talked guests into staying for one more round.
You can talk a client through their hesitations, too.
Log your notes in our CRM software.
Think of it as your section notepad, just digital.
Current and former TRA employees are not eligible.

Compensation

Base pay: $35,152

Benefits

401(k) match + medical, dental, and vision
Prior phone sales, mortgage, real estate, or debt settlement experience is a bonus, but we'll take a great bartender over a mediocre closer any day!
$5,000 Retention Bonus Terms:
This bonus is available exclusively to new external hires only.
Bonus is payable after successful completion of 90 days of full-time employment.
