About the role
- In addition, this position will serve as an advisor and spokesperson to members, lawmakers, the administration, and health policy experts to influence policy in a manner favorable to Premier and our members.
- Sedentary work involves remaining stationary most of the time.
- Premier's internal salary range for this role is $113,000 - $188,000.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of Premier's policy positions and recommendations for regulatory and legislative topics including (but not limited to) technology, data, privacy, and insurance industry oversight.
- This role will engage members and partners in support of these efforts.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations team to develop and publish content to elevate advocacy priorities and Premier's visibility
Requirements
- Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
- Bachelors (Required)

- Strong quantitative reasoning skills in a healthcare research environment.

- Demonstrated training in public health, health services research, and policy analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare systems including expertise in healthcare reimbursement policies and alternative payment mechanisms.
