Responsibilities
- You will oversee day-to-day engineering operations, contribute to technical design decisions, and partner closely with Product and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead and support front-end and back-end engineers, providing guidance and removing blockers
- Conduct regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and support career growth and development
- Collaborate closely with Product and QA to deliver high-quality customer value
- Contribute to and review technical designs and architectural decisions
- Drive adoption of AI tools and development practices across the engineering organization

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile development processes and practices
- Experience with technical project planning and delivery
